At RetroShirts, we take pride in offering high-quality retro football shirts that fans will love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (for change-of-mind returns, if applicable).

Note: Due to the vintage and limited nature of some items, certain products may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at [your support email] with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
